    Judy W. Smith grew up in Manheim Township, eventually graduating from their high school and studying at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. Despite a few years in Roanoke, VA, Smith has garnered a reputation as a servant of her community, working for the Lancaster County Arthritis Foundation for over 23 years, and as the Administrator of the Lancaster Museum of Art. Smith’s paintings have been hung and sold all throughout Lancaster, and she is known particularly for her watercolors.
